Important information
Arrival
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Early check-in is available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Please notify the reception desk of your early check-in request.
Departure
Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to stay longer, late check-out is possible for an addition charge, subject to availability. Please notify the reception desk of your late check-out request. For faster check-out, you can settle your bill on the day before departure, so that all you have to do at the time of departure is leave your key card and your spa bracelet at the reception desk.
Card payment
Our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Cirrus Maestro, JCB, American Express and Diners Club cards. Please note that in according with our payment terms, we authorise your card at the time of arrival. Minimum authorisation fee is 110% of the accommodation costs payable in HUF, calculated at the exchange rate – valid on the day of arrival– of the bank that manages the hotel’s account. Lifting of the authorisation will be initiated as soon as your bill is settled. Lifting may take up to several days depending on your bank operating hours. The authorisation fee serves to authorise payment with your bank card and to prove that sufficient funds are available for settling your bill. Once the fee is applied, the bank will block the amount for 30 days or until the authorisation fee is lifted.
Tourist tax
For individuals over 18 who visit the town of Sárvár for the purposes of tourism, a tourist tax is payable in the amount of 680 HUF per person per night as of 2024. The exact amount of the tax is determined by the municipality of the town of Sárvár, and accommoda tion providers are obligated to collect the tax from the guests.
Parking
The barrier gate can be opened both from inside and outside with your room key card, while the garage gate opens automatically. Parking costs 7 EUR / car / night depending on free capacity. In case you would like to reserve a parking space in advance, it costs 13 EUR / car / night, in that case the same parking space indicated by your license plate will be garantueed for you during your whole stay.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is forbidden in the entire area of the hotel. A smoking area is provided for our guests outside the hotel, approxi-mately 10 meters from the entrance.
Dress code
Please dress appropriately when visiting the common areas of the hotel. Avoid wearing joggers, slippers and bath robes in the area of the restaurant.
Lost and found
If you have lost something, please notify the reception desk as soon as possible. If you notice one of your valuables is missing before departure, call +36 95 530 100 to enquire after lost and found items. If we find your lost belongings, we will immediately return them to you. Postage costs will be born by you. If you find a lost item in the area of the hotel, please deposit it with the reception desk.
Technical issues
Should you encounter any technical errors or irregularities in the room or anywhere in the hotel, fill in the technical error report card found on the doorknob and hang it outside the door. In the event of emergency errors, contact the reception so that our technical staff can fix the error as soon as possible.
Green Hotel program
Our hotel pays special attention to environmental protection, one of the most important aspects of which is preserving water supply. However, our water-saving scheme requires your contribution, too. We kindly ask you to limit your water consumption to as much as is necessary for your comfort, and make sure to turn off the taps. Please indicate your request for a new towel by dropping it on the floor only when it needs to be laundered. We appreciate your help.

Baby-friendly services
Szállodánkban We offer free accommodation and board for children under the age of 6. A baby crib, in addition to an extra bed, can be provided free of charge for most of our standard rooms. To make your stay with babies more comfortable, we provide playpens, baby bathtubs, potties, stools and toilet seat reducers to our guests. The restaurant offers children’s daily menus, high chairs and a play corner for the little ones. You can use the playroom located next to the Graffiti Bar free of charge with parental supervision. The Sárvár Thermal Bath and Wellness Spa offers day care between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. every day, where qualified childcare professionals welcome kids with colourful programmes.
Business Corner
In order to manage your business matters, read your e-mails and surf the internet, we offer computer access free of charge, printing is available for a fee. You can find the business corner in the lobby. For further information please ask the reception desk.
Shoe cleaning
The shoe cleaning machine is located in the lobby, shoe polish is available in the room.
Baggage Storage Service
Our arriving and departing guests have the opportunity to place their baggage in safe storage in the baggage room of our hotel. For more information, please contact reception. We can provide a bellboy cart upon request.
Did you forget something?
Besides the basic amenities in the room, you can ask for the following products at the reception desk free of charge: antiallergenic extra pillow, extra blanket, small pillow, pillows with different fillings, washable bedside rugs, bathroom chair, slippers, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, women’s intimate hygiene accessories, sewing kit, shoe care accessories, letter paper and envelope, umbrella, electric kettle, heater. International adapter/plug on request. Various adapters for electrical devices on request (telephone plugs for several types).
Wake-up call
You can request a wake-up call in person at reception or by dialling 9 on your phone.
Electrollers and charging station
The charging station is situated in the garage. For further information please ask the reception desk.
Internet
We provide free Wi-Fi access in the entire area of the hotel, including guest rooms. Select the parkinn_guest network on your device, then open your browser after connecting, and follow the instructions there to have unlimited access to the internet. You can use the Internet Corner in the hotel to take care of your business affairs undisturbed. If you are interested in printing, photocopying or scanning services, contact the reception desk.
Bike and electric roller rentals
Our hotel offers bicycles and electric rollers for rent for both adults and children. Use the rental bikes and rollers at your own risk. Con tact reception, and our colleagues will be happy to give you more information on the terms, current prices and recommended routes.
Pets
As we are an animal-friendly hotel, you can bring your pets with you. We have designated rooms for this purpose where your pets can stay for additional charge. If you come with a large dog, please notify us in advance so we can offer you the most appropriate room. Please supervise and take good care of your pet in the entire area of the hotel so that its presence shall not disturb the other guests. Please note the pets are not allowed in the restaurant and the spa.

Air conditioning
The rooms and the entire hotel are air conditioned. The rooms are equipped with individual climate control systems, which you can use free of charge. In the interest of efficient operation, please close the windows when the system is on. The system must be set to mode I for operation, and the intensity of ventilation can be adjusted on three levels. For ideal temperature, we recommend that you set the thermostat to 20 degrees Celsius. Should you encounter any issues with the use of the system, please contact reception.
Minibar
In accordance with the health and safety standards of the hotel the minibars have been made available clean, disinfected and empty for our guests. Filling the minibar can be asked at the reception desk. The price list can be found on the table in your room.
Laundry services and dry cleaning
Fees apply for our hotel laundry services. If you want your clothes laundered, please place them in the laundry bag found in the hall- way closet, and fill in the laundry list. Your account will be charged based on the approved laundry list. If you deposit your laundry before 9:00 a.m. on Monday–Friday, we return your laundered items within 12 hours. Express laundry service is also available. Express laundry will be returned within 3 hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., we only offer express laundry services for a 50% premium.
Rooms with disabled access
Our hotel and the entire area of the Sárvár Spa is fully accessible. We offer our guests several facilitated rooms with specially designed shower cabin, bathroom grip bar and alarm bell. On request, we can also provide a wheelchair. Should you have any further questions, please contact reception.
Do not disturb!
If you do not want to be disturbed, place the do not disturb sign on the doorknob outside your door. If you want complete peace and quiet, you can ask reception to hold your calls.
Extra bed
At least 1 extra bed can be placed in the rooms. Please make your request at the time of booking. Requests made at the time of arrival may be fulfilled depending on hotel occupancy and the availability of extra beds. Extra beds for adults and children over the age of 6 can be requested for an additional charge, while cribs or extra beds for children under the age of 6 are provided free of charge.
Porterage service in the hotel
During check-in and check-out we are delighted to help you by carrying your luggages. Please ask for this service at the reception desk.
In-room services
Birthday, anniversary or other occasion? Ask for our following in-room services or find a gift from our wine, champagne or cake selection. In-room services can be booked at the reception for extra charge.
Entertainment and programme options
The games and arcade machines in the bar area are great for the entertainment of children and adults who are kids at heart. Air hockey, billiards, table football, darts, basketball simulator, car racing simulator and various console games are available for the little ones and their grown-up counterparts alike, while guests may also rent board games at the reception desk. Sárvár and its area offer a variety of events all year round. Sights, permanent or temporary events await people of all ages.

Cleaning and turndown service
Your room will be cleaned every day of your stay, while the bed is turned down on every third day. Should you require extra cleaning or daily turndown service, please notify reception. Please note that we may charge extra for cleaning due to additional cleaning request or damage. Daily turndown service also comes at an additional charge. The daily cleaning service starts at 8:30 a.m. every day. If you do not want cleaning on any given day, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the doorknob or notify reception of your preferred time for cleaning by 5:00 p.m.

A You can watch various Hungarian and foreign language news, sports and entertainment channels and shows on the TV set in your room. You may also listen to the radio on your TV. You can find Hungarian and foreign language daily and weekly newspapers at the reception desk.

Information about the Sárvár Spa, the city and its surroundings
Sárvár Spa – general information
Our hotel guests can enjoy free use of all pools and waterslides. Sun beds are also available free of charge in the area of the Park Inn sun terrace (seasonally available). The Spa is open btw. 8:00 and 21:00 every day, but occasionally, during “night bathing events” until 2.00 a.m. For the night bathing events an extra ticket has to be purchased.
You may enter the Sárvár Thermal Bath and Wellness Spa with the bracelets provided at the reception desk of the Spa. The bracelets offer access to the spa from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. The bracelets have to be given back at the hotel reception upon check-out, otherwise a fee of 3.500,- HUF / bracelet has to be paid.
The playroom located in the gallery section of the spa’s family wing offers free day care for kids from the age of 3 – professional childcare specialists welcome kids with fun games, creative workshops and musical sessions.
Sauna World
An oasis of relaxation and rest in the Bath. Finnish saunas, soft saunas, steam rooms, aroma cabins, a Kneipp pool, adventure showers and Jacuzzi tubs provide refreshment for body and soul. Your back, shoulders or lower back hurts? The bath has two rheumatologists at your disposal Monday through Friday. The medical spa treatments are available in both conventional and alternative therapies, as well as the means of modern medicine. Fitness & swimming pool & bowling
Fáj Guests of the hotel can visit the gym for an extra charge. Cardio-, and other machines are available. Open: 9:00-21:00. In addition, you can choose group activities (aquajogging, aqua bike, spinracing, TRX, crossfit workout type, body training). Find the schedule in the lobby vitrine.
The four-lane swimming pool is open between 8:00-21:00 where you can have a good refreshing swim before breakfast!

Sárvár and its surroundings
Historical memories
Sárvár got its name from the Nádasdy castle. It is part of the National Cultural Heritage and from December 2011 it is a historical monument. Originally it was a fortress surrounded by marshes as its name suggests. Nowdays next to the Nádasdy-castle Community Center and library, the Nádasdy Ferenc Museum function in the castle. So many cultural programmes are organised in the castle. The castle park, like a green belt is surrounding the castle.
Leisure
In the place of nearly 10 acres of Arboretum even at the end of the 18th century also there was marshy, reeds area. The park’s oldest trees preserves the memory of this time, the 300-year-old swamp oaks. The Boating lake system, which is 9 hectares of water surface consists of four parts. Five bridges and five islands give the pleasant atmosphare. People can fish, boating and in winter skate here. The Adventure park in the forest opened with high rope courses with 120 stations, a 10 m -high climbing wall, an archery field and a training garden.
The surroundings
Sárvár and its surroundings offers so much to see (Szombathely, Celldömölk, Kőszeg).The Rába river is one of Hungary’s finest stretches of water for those who take to the water. The woods here are a treasure for walkers and cyclists (Csénye, Káld, Sitke, Szeleste). The villages are full of architectural and historical monuments (Ikervár – Batthyány-castle, Sitke – Felsőbüki-Nagy-castle, Szeleste – Festetich-kastély, Arborétum, Vasegerszeg-castle).
