Light straw yellow with some carbon-dioxide. Wild flowers, nutmeg, citrus and camphor on the nose. Complex citrus, green fig,fine almond and minerals on the palate.

Elderflower, roses and wild roses on the nose. Lively, fresh, deliciously dry, pure spice and fruit. There isn’t a bit of heaviness, a sure choice for beginner and intermediate tasters. A must try for those who got stuck on raspberry cordial or beer.

One of the year’s first new wines is Kristinus Pince’s fresh and aromatic Irsai. Greenish, silvery colour, then Muscat-like, primary aromas, as if we’re smelling the must. Light and zesty on the palate. Juicy and thirst-quenching.

Selected from 20-year-old vines with a minimal yield of barely half a kilo per vine. It was fermented spontaneously in barrels
and tanks; half of it was aged in barrels, the other half in tanks for 8 months. Dense, long, elegant.

With delicate fruit and flowery notes on the nose, this velvety Chardonnay is full and buttery, roasted peenuts with vanilla overtones from aging in toasted new oak barrels.

A ripe full, dry wine that comes from Szent Tamás Cellar’s special grand-cru vineyard terraces. Pear fruit and citrus accents surround the drink with a mineral follow-through that completes a pleasant drink from start to finish.

Charming, pale purple colour, then an explosive and lovely fruity nose and palate. A very delicious, light, airy rosé from Zalaegerszeg, from the cellar of László Varga. The Cabernet’s spicy notes, good acids, a touch of residual sugar that was left from the slow fermentation of the Sauvignon. An elegant complexity that is unexpected from a fresh rosé.

Young and crisp with a pale colour and fine, clean aromas reminiscent of strawberries and banana. Refreshing and dry with fruity acidity.

A pale and radiant salmon coloured and aromatic Kékfrankos rosé under screw cap. Intense strawberry and wild strawberry nose. Light, juicy, intense palate with good acidity.

One of the most beautiful wines produced by a special reductive process. A fresh wine with a fruity bouquet and crisp acidity. The Rosé is recommended at a temperature of 7-8°C, as an accompaniment to light, hot or cold appetizers and savouries.

Deep scarlet colour with a harmonious blend of chocolate in the aroma and sour cherries in the taste. A full-bodied wine of character with mature tannins and attractively balanced acids. Serve at 16-18 °C with Hungarian-style stews and spicy meat dishes. An ideal wine to sip while chatting with friends.

Purple-crimson colour, green herbs on the salty nose, delicious fruit, good balance. According to László Kránicz, 2015 was an excellent year for the variety: the wine is held together by its zesty acids and nicely structured tannins. Long and full of flavour.

Deep ruby red, short matured, medium bodied, extraordinary tasty red wine has stawberry fragrance and liquorice, dark chocolate, raspberry, vanilla on the palate.

The III. cuvée is classical Bordeaux inspired marriage from the best grape of the harvest at the end of November of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. The colour of the wine is dark purple, almost black.

This Merlot was made from grapes grown in the Szekszárd wine region. An exquisit full-bodied red wine characterised by a deep red colour, rich aromas and fruitiness. Its scent has a hint of ripe sour cherries and plums, with the fruitiness, combined with some mild spiciness, present in its flavours as well.

A blend based on local/Hungarian varieties. The spice, zest, and rich fruitiness of Blaufränkish, Kadarka, and Zweigelt are complemented with the warmth of Merlot. The devil of the old, local legend is loveable: we wish the same to our newcomer.

Dark purple, deep coloured and aromatic Sauvignon from Villány. Coffee, blackberry, blackcurrant on the nose, subtle oak, eastern spices. The palate is long, dry and lively. Blackcurrant and the subtly oaky notes coming from the French barrels used for ageing it in. Lot of flavours, long finish, great potential.

It is an elegant, really full-bodied red wine with flavours of sour cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry. Due to the warm vintage, the ageing in new toasted oaks and the Cabernet Sauvignon (10%), Cabernet Franc (50%) and Merlot (40%) the wine has
rounded, velvety aromas.

Light straw sweet white. Its spicy bouquet and flavour have hints of citrus fruits, grapefruit and tangerine, characteristic of the variety.

Its bouquet is dominated dried fruits, apricot and fig, while its taste is marked by harmonic acids intensified by ageing in new wooden barrels and rounded off with long and fine aftertaste lent by the over-ripened aromas of dried fruit. Despite its high sugar concetration and young age, it is a highly elegant, well balanced wine, recommended to goose-liver and desserts of a strong sweet taste, butit maya s well be consumed by itself, accompanying a cigar, to give the finishing touch to meal by a master’s hand.
