Nádasdy Castle
In Sárvár, near the western bank of the Rába River, stands the Nádasdy Castle, preserved in its entirety. It welcomes visitors all year round with permanent and temporary exhibitions, concerts, and programs for families and children.
The exhibitions of the Nádasdy Ferenc Museum are displayed across 1,300 m² within the 16th–17th century castle building. Established in 1951, the museum showcases the local history of the town and its surroundings, as well as the art collection of its namesake, Count Ferenc Nádasdy, former Chief Justice of Hungary.
